Construction projects take a lot of planning. No one decides to build a house because they have seen a house and have some boards lying about. Meeting the physical needs of babies allows thier bodies to be built. Constructing a life is more than growing a body. This blog is for those who are passionate about building lives in Christ. Serving others is a great way to build the body--and our faith. Serving is simply a scaffolding on which to watch the Lord at work.

Scenes in His-story
Lots of folks are in to genealogies but do we remember that our lives are woven into an eternal genealogy? As I read through those 'dry' pages of scripture today, I was reminded God cares about the details. Those names are real live people who affected others...and were affected by others. Sins have generational consequences but so do lives lived with 'valor.' Humbly submitting to God--allowing Him to guide even my responses to things that affect me--brings the beauty of God into the scenes of my life. Ah that cry of my heart remains: MORE of Him, less of me, please.
