Proclaim His Purpose and Power!

Power and purpose--that's my takeaway this morning.  The early church drew the attention of everyone because it spoke of the purposes and power of God.  Their 'speaking' brought the health and wholeness God intends to lives.

They said that which the prophets had said is fulfilled...and those who reject what He intends bring death to their soul.  Our soul, our mind, will and emotions, is at risk when we fail to believe in the purposes (and the power to bring those purposes to bear) of God.

The power to speak life and truth comes from the Spirit and ties to our own obedience to God.  We need to storm the throne of God with the same plea as the early disciples:
Act 4:29-31  And now, Lord, look upon their threatenings and give to Your slaves to speak Your Word with all boldness, in the extending of Your hand for healing and miraculous signs and wonders to happen through the name of Your holy child Jesus. And they having prayed, the place in which they were gathered was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the Word of God with boldness.

Let's look into His Kingdom, see its beauties and proclaim them so others will enjoy the wholeness and healing He desires!  It is an individual wholeness--and a community wholeness.  The disciples were said to be of one heart and soul.  Might our minds unite in the privilege of being part of His purposes...of being filled with His power!  Have a blessed day.
