Construction projects take a lot of planning. No one decides to build a house because they have seen a house and have some boards lying about. Meeting the physical needs of babies allows thier bodies to be built. Constructing a life is more than growing a body. This blog is for those who are passionate about building lives in Christ. Serving others is a great way to build the body--and our faith. Serving is simply a scaffolding on which to watch the Lord at work.

Deuteronomy: Chapter 33
The last recorded act of Moses was to give blessings to each tribe of Israel: what a sweet end to a legacy-leaving life! Moses' mind was sharp; his blessings especially beautiful when considered in unison. Our God is so amazingly huge that we need one another to begin to realize His greatness. As I read the blessings and the differences from tribe to tribe, I was reminded of unity in diversity. Zebulun was to rejoice in its 'going outs' while Issachar was encouraged to be blessed in its 'tents.' God has created each and every one of us--each and every tribe, tongue and nation--with unique characteristics. God loves us and when we love Him first and foremost, their can be unity even in our differences! Truly there is no God like our God. Let us rejoice!
